recommend me Tacos. I look up for recipe on internet. Found that I got all ingrediants, but alas... just for Tortilla. So I made whole wheat tortilla since whole wheat is good for body.

For the Tacos filling? I used what left in my kitchen. Sardine in tomato sauce, green olives, apple (I got no veggie left DX) and add chille in it. Topping with white combi cheese and more chille. and add a little bit mastarde. which taste weird but not bad.

For the taste : Tortilla taste really like indian food which called, "Roti" I think I need to use real tacos fill ingredient but this recipe is not bad. Very healthy but I think I'll go for meat tacos if I could choose.

Still Tortilla left in my fridge, I think I'll try filling it with peanut butter and jam or honey and cinnamon. Must be really tasty.

My tortilla don't got big bubble when I put in it my pan, I rest the dough too short? (I rest it for 20 minute with hot cup of water inside the damp fabric cover pot.) Or because I use too little water? (I use 1 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour with a cup of water mixed with salt and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder) A little fail here but still yummy.

I love tacos <3 And being a latino girl, we eat these about once a week for dinner xD I like mine with beef, and mom usually buys a packet for the spiced up flavor (mild for me lol), and for the toppings we make a salad (lettuce, tomato, onions), avacado, cheese and sometimes hot sauce. There are many tortillas in the grocery (soft or hard), but I like them best when mom makes them from scratch (although they're slightly smaller). Of course, it's also nice to eat the crunchy type! Mmm, I'm getting hungry~

You have latino blood!!! Awwww! I'm so envy you! I met latino guy, he's super duper hot even he work too hard and did not sleep much so he have blood shot in his eyes. XD

You tacos made me drool so hard. I did my own tortilla because tortilla ready to eat at grocery are imported product and they're so expensive. So I made my own, the different between doing your own and the brought one is ten times. So I go for home made even I couldn't fluff my tortilla up when I grill it in pan.

Ah, I see! But homemade really is the best~ Practice makes perfect, and I'm sure you'll get your tortillas to puff up next time! You should also try the oven toasted type too :3
